Q- What the hell is this protest all about?
A- In 2012, Nevada received a D- grade making it one of the worst States in the union for CORRUPTION and Judicial Corruption. Local Nevada citizens in Carson City and Reno networked and joined forces using the Internet and social media and old fashion methods to create a collision. They were inspired to protest and created the Nevada ANTI-Corruption movement. One of the fellas involved in the protest is a professional sign maker who fabricated a massive 140 foot long, 4 foot tall one-of-a-kind CRIME SCENE banner. The banner is unique and has commanded the attention of anyone who sees it as well as local, national and world-wide media attention. The other protest signs are also large and unique targeting specific issues and general anti-corruption messages.
The Nevada ANTI-Corruption movement is working and we are having success for individual causes and bringing public attention to the Rampant Wholesale Corruption here in Nevada. We will report news and information on out main website http://nevadastatepersonnelwatch.wordpress.com

We are starting to regularly hold demonstrations in Carson City Nevada at the State Capital in front of the Attorney Generals office which is directly across from the Governor’s office on the main street and Musser St.
We will also hold demonstrations at other locations such as the Reno AG office, area courts (Reno, Carson, other) and pinpoint protests at Nevada Department of Taxation offices in Nevada and other State agencies as required. We may expand protests to Las Vegas and bring the CRIME SCENE banner to rural areas of Nevada too. All this brings attention to the judicial corruption happening in Nevada and the rest of the country.

Listen to time-stamp 57:15 to learn about how to sue the State courts if Federal court using something called section 1983. This “section 1983” is Constitution law and is used for civil rights cases like excessive police force, discrimination, retaliation and other State abuses of power.
The Nevada ANTI-Corruption movement continues. We plan a “protest blitzkrieg’ with new protests in Reno and other areas to focus on the Nevada Department of Taxation and the corruption within.
Whistle-blower Ty Robben was retaliated against for exposing various “wrongful government action” including problems with the Information Technology software and disclosing personnel issues concerning IT Director Vince Cherpeski calling people God Damn Jew, Nigger, Spick and other co-workers sending porn on the state email system, namely a fellow co-worker named Morgan Canfield.
To make a long story short, the disclosures of these events were all denied and covered-up by the State personnel and Taxation departments. Robben eventually obtained the confidential State personnel investigations showing in fact, the State covered up and Robben’s charges had merit. Robben in his federal court retaliation action. However, Robben had to go through the State personnel hearing officer Bill Kockenmeister to be reinstated.
Robben has not been reinstated and is now waiting for a Nevada Supreme Court order to reinstate. Along the way, Robben experienced rampant wholesale judicial corruption at every turn. The State hearing office Bill Kockenmeister is scandal ridden and formal complaints were made against him for bribery, ex partie communications and other misconduct. The State AG even complained about Kockenmeister’s misconduct, yet he remains a State hearing officer! We have raw videos of the various Kockenmeister scandals on youtube. At the Nevada Justice and District Court, more corruption would become apparent such as non-disclosure of friendships and campaign contributions to/from former Taxation Director Dino DiCianno and Judge Robey Willis that led to Robben illegally being ordered to stay away from the Dept. of Taxation and ultimately his dismissal.
The order was a result of Robben being stalked by his co-worker Lisa Brooks sending anonymous threats to Robben via the Internet that used the name ‘hide and watch’ and claimed to be stalking Robben and ‘watching you, closely’. Robben’s car was vandalized with ‘watching you’ written on the car window and the engine was tampered with resulting in a blown-motor suspect of sugar in the gas tank. Robben first made a police report and the cops could do nothing, in fear of his safety he responded to the anonymous threats with the statement ‘whoever’s watching me, I am watching you with my friends smith and wesson’… This statement was made from home off hours and not directed to people at Taxation. However, it was later discovered co-worker Lisa Brooks was the anonymous blogger sanding the threats from work on state time, computers, etc…
Robben was fired and the other people remain employed. Morgan Canfiled who sent 100’s of porn emails was promoted to Robben’s senior position.
Robben appealed his termination to the Nevada District Court where Taxation IT Director, Vince Cherpeski’s good friend Judge James E. Wilson was assigned the case. Judge Wilson did disclose his friendship with Cherpeski, however Wilson would not recuse himself from the case. It was hoped that Wilson would be honorable as he did disclose his friendships, however it is obvious Wilson ignored the court rules of civil procedures and allowed the State to backdate court filings, allow withheld exculpatory evidence including edited transcripts, and incomplete lists of exhibits, etc and perjury.
We are producing a video documentary to cover the facts and wide array of fraud in Robben’s case and the public concerns including the judicial fraud and the tax fraud that occurred in the Dept. of Taxation under Dino DiCianno. One of the significant event that occurred in Robben’s case is two instances of backdated court filings to compensate for missed deadlines by the Chief Nevada Attorney General Ann McDermott by way of Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto. AG Masto prides herself for going after the banks for backdating and robosigning court documents in foreclosure cases, yet she allows her attorney to illegally backdate court documents! Ann McDermott should be fired, disbarred and charged with a felony and Catherine Cortez Masto should resign from office over this matter.

We can’t be stopped or shutdown. The State has tried to intimidate us by sending their goons to our homes and trying to limit our free speech at the demonstrations… They can’t shut us down. We are growing and we will target new locations for upcoming demonstrations like the Reno Tax offices and AG offices. We have already held demonstrations at the Washoe/Reno courts, the Carson City courts and the Carson City Taxation offices. We may take a road trip to Las Vegas and protest at the government offices there too.
